FFA members showcased incredible projects and presentations on Food, Safety, and Animal Care.

A huge thank you to all the parents and community members who helped transport projects to school — your support makes events like this possible!

We’d also like to thank the Missouri Sheep Council for providing grants to purchase American-Raised Lamb Meat, and MFA for generously allowing us to borrow cattle panels for the livestock pens.

Life 101 students went to Duke's Transportation and received basic car maintenance tips. Thank you Duke's for taking the time for the students.

Wheatland School participated in the Veteran’s Ceremony at the Hickory County Courthouse on Tuesday. Wheatland Students Ellen Murphy and Brett Dougherty spoke to the crowd offering their support for Veterans and their families. In addition, Brian and Rick Pearson were presented a gift and recognized for their ongoing support of our Veterans. The Wheatland School Community appreciates, supports and maintains great pride in the Veterans of our country.

Congratulations again to these three seniors, who graduate as the winningest class in school history with 86 wins in four years!

Mrs. Murphy's students preserved insects in resin that they collected during Ecology class. Thank you to Ms. Brandie Loeken for teaching the students how to preserve items in resin.
