Retired Wheatland kindergarten teacher, Jill Campbell, read to 1st grade students in the library. She read a book about Veterans Day.

Our 3rd graders explored states of matter with a fun Root Beer Float Experiment! Students observed how solid ice cream, liquid root beer and gas bubbles interact to create a delicious demonstration of science. They recorded their observations, identified each state of matter and discussed how temperature and mixing cause changes.

FFA members attended the National Convention this past weekend in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Hello Mule Country

Our front parking lot is receiving a makeover on Monday (Nov. 3) and will need to cure through Tuesday morning. This means our drop off procedure will change for Tuesday morning only. All elementary and middle school/high school students should be dropped off at the gym lobby doors on the north side of our building. Mr. Pearson will be there to meet and greet everyone as usual. Our afternoon procedures will remain in place as the fresh blacktop should be ready to use by then.
