The Mules fell to St Elizabeth 40-32 in the district championship game tonight. It was a close game the whole way and our boys played through a lot of adversity. We are very proud of the great effort these boys showed and the way they carried themselves. We are very proud of this group of young men! Great season boys!

Wheatland High School held the 'Arrive Alive Tour' on Wednesday. They were able to educate 107 students directly in the driver seat of the Arrive Alive impaired / distracted driving simulator. Also, there were 52 surveys collected from participants. It seems that distracted driving is a very prevalent issue in your community as 30.8% of survey respondents indicated that they frequently or sometimes text and drive. After experiencing Arrive Alive 100% of participants indicated that they will never drive impaired/distracted or think twice before doing so and warn others of the dangers of these behaviors.
